How we work in Riyadh
The review session goes where both sides fit
Closing the week with a demo on the last day is the habit across half of Europe and here it leaves one of the two sides out. We place it inside the stretch we share, on a fixed day from the start, and the rest of the plan is arranged around that point.
A week of data is not always seven equal days
If the pilot starts mid-week, the first block holds a mix that never repeats. Drawing conclusions from it is the quickest way to discard something that was working. You wait for the first full period even when it stings, and we say so before starting.
The pilot's calendar is written before it starts
Concrete dates for every milestone, not “week three”. A week written as a number hides that some have four shared days and others fewer because a holiday falls on one side. With real dates on the table everyone sees the same plan and the arguments get shorter.
The one thing you never cut: the exact date of each event
A product under validation can defer nearly everything, but every event has to be recorded with its day. If you only keep weekly totals, the specific day disappears and cannot be recovered. It is the one precaution on this list that comes expensive if added late.
