Six in your afternoon is ten in our morning
You open at nine, you close at six, and at that moment our day here has only just started. We sit down with your finished workday in front of us and spend eight more hours on it. By the time you walk back in, what you left queued has been done for seven hours.
What gets queued has to be doable without asking
The handover runs on work that is already defined: a screen with its behaviour described, a bug with steps to reproduce it, an agreed migration. That moves on its own. What does not travel is a task hiding a decision nobody has made, because in the middle of the night there is nobody to ask.
The handover note we close every afternoon
We end our day writing down what got done, what was left half finished and which question is waiting on an answer. It is the first thing you read in the morning, with hours to reply before we start again. Without that note the relay is not a relay: it is a one-day delay.
Export invoicing, no Spanish VAT
Australia sits outside the European Union, so the work is invoiced as an export and carries no Spanish VAT. We quote in euros and are paid by international transfer, with the Australian dollar equivalent stated on the invoice so your bookkeeping does not have to go looking for it.
