A staging site that genuinely looks like the real one
A staging environment with an empty database proves nothing: faults show up with volume and with awkward data. We stand up a replica with the same PHP version, the same server and a copy of your data with the personal details replaced. If something has to break, it breaks there.
Going live means switching a link, and so does going back
Each version is uploaded to a new folder and publishing means pointing the site at it. The previous one stays on disk, untouched. Rolling back is not reinstalling or restoring anything: it is pointing at the earlier directory and reloading. A couple of minutes, from a phone if need be.
What cannot be undone is handled separately
Code goes back in minutes; a migration that drops a column does not. That is why we separate database changes from the code that uses them: the new column is added first, the old version keeps working, and whatever is left over is removed weeks later.
Export invoicing, no Spanish VAT
Switzerland is not part of the European Union, so the service is invoiced as an export and carries no Spanish VAT. We quote in euros; if you would rather pay in francs, the reference exchange rate is agreed before signing instead of being argued over every month. Your own adviser handles the tax side.
