Technology Consulting en Amsterdam
How we work in Amsterdam
The hard sessions, in person
A scoping workshop or a session across several departments works better in person, and from Barcelona it is a two-hour flight. We propose on-site where it adds something and remote where it does not, rather than imposing a format for our own convenience.
An executable plan, not a wish list
The deliverable is a plan ordered by impact, effort and dependencies. With a column almost nobody includes: what your current team can do and what requires hiring. A plan that ignores who will execute it is a plan that does not get executed.
We do not sell tools and we take no commission
We are not a partner of any vendor and we receive no commission. We say it because partner networks are dense in the Dutch enterprise software market and many recommendations have a commission behind them. Ours does not, which is why we sometimes recommend not buying at all.
A second opinion on proposals you already have
One of the most useful and cheapest jobs we do: read the proposal another supplier has given you and say what is missing, what is unnecessary and where the risk sits. It costs a fraction of the project and sometimes avoids it entirely.
