Where the data lives is your decision
Switzerland sits outside the European Union, so hosting on Swiss servers, European ones or somewhere else is a choice with consequences and not something inherited from the previous supplier. We put it in writing along with what it means for latency, cost and backups. Your own adviser weighs up the legal side.
A plan ordered by risk removed and by hours
The deliverable says what to do first, how many hours it costs and what risk each item takes away. Sometimes the conclusion is that you do not need a new platform but a different way of releasing the one you have, and that report costs a fraction of what you were about to spend.
We take no commission from anyone
We do not resell deployment, monitoring or cloud tools, and we take no percentage for recommending them. Most of the time what is missing is not buying something new but using properly what you already pay for. If the right answer is to spend nothing, that is the one we give and the one we bill you for.
