Tasks in your tracker, not a report
Every finding comes out as a task in the system you already use, with acceptance criteria, a rough estimate, a priority and the file or template where the problem lives. A long document nobody can turn into actual work moves no rankings. An audit is measured in tickets closed.
Who touches the templates is decided up front
There are two ways to work and both of them work: us with access to the repository, or your team implementing while we check that what shipped does what the task asked for. The one that does not work is leaving it undecided and finding out when something has been stuck for a month.
So the next deployment does not undo it
The most frustrating thing in technical SEO is fixing indexing and then having a deployment three weeks later put back a tag that blocks half the site. The rules are written down and go into your definition of done, where your team sees them while reviewing each change.
Position sixteen does not exist
Our own site shows up in Poland with fourteen impressions at position 16.4 and zero clicks over ninety-two days. That is exactly the problem this work is about: being there without anyone seeing you. We measure on google.pl and with Search Console filtered by country, because from Spain you see something else.
