How we work in Brisbane
Everything we need from you, requested on day one
Developer accounts, tax details, certificates, store listing copy, screenshots, privacy policy and support contacts. It is all requested together at kick-off, not as it becomes necessary. Finding out in week six that a registration taking several days is missing is how launch dates get lost.
The store accounts belong to you
App Store Connect and Google Play in your company's name, not the agency's. It is the difference between owning an app and borrowing one. Registration asks for company paperwork only you can file, so it goes first on the list and not halfway through the project.
Product reviews happen per delivery
Every week we send an installable build and a numbered list of open decisions, with a screenshot of each screen affected. You comment on that list, not through stray messages as you spot things. A stray comment needs context, context has to be asked for, and here a question costs a day.
React Native or native, decided on the merits
A shared codebase for both platforms brings maintenance down, but it doesn't suit everything: if graphics performance or deep system features are involved, it goes native. This is one of the decisions we take and then explain, not a question we hand over for you to answer without the data.
