AI Automation en Vienna
How we work in Vienna
A broken flow does not complain: it stops happening
When a button fails, somebody calls. When an automation fails nothing happens, and the absence of something that should have happened goes unseen until the month closes. That is why we watch expected volume: if a process that runs forty times a day drops to zero, an alert fires even with no error logged.
Third-party services change without asking permission
A provider publishes version two, announces that version one is being retired and sets a date. If nobody reads that email, on that day the flow stops working. We keep a list of everything that depends on an outside service, with its version and its date, and we go through it instead of trusting memory.
AI models get retired too
One model is replaced by another and the answers stop behaving the same way, even though not a line of code has changed. We pin the version in use and keep a set of examples with their correct answer, so we can check in an afternoon whether the new model still does the job before the change becomes compulsory.
Documented so it does not depend on us
Every flow comes with its diagram, its credentials inventoried and an owner inside your company. That is how we built the voice and WhatsApp agent for TODO PLAGAS. An automation only its builder understands is exactly the kind of debt this whole page is about.
