The review is done with the questions in front of you
We take the questionnaires you have already received, or a standard script if none has arrived yet, and go answer by answer: which one holds up today, which is a half-truth and which does not exist. The output is a list of gaps with names on them, not a general impression.
Ordered by what blocks a signature
Not all gaps weigh the same. Some stop a deal dead and others are settled with a note explaining how they will be covered in six months. The plan separates those two columns and adds a third with the cost of each fix. Explaining is also a valid answer.
Supplier onboarding has paperwork of its own
Tax details, bank account, a contact person, the order number that has to appear on every invoice and sometimes a portal to upload it all into. Between companies inside the European Union the invoice goes out as intra-community. The tax and contractual side is confirmed by your adviser.
We do not audit and we do not certify
We issue no certificates, we are not auditors and we do not act as legal counsel. We leave the system and its documentation in a state where an outsider can look at them, and we say clearly when what you need is a specialist rather than us. Charging to say that works out cheaper.
