Adding history to a product that already has users means migrating data, filling gaps with assumptions and living with a before and an after. Leaving the table in place from the start costs an afternoon of work. No other decision on a project gets this much more expensive simply for being postponed a few months.
It is the foundation of the product, not a set piece
Laravel, React and React Native, with the same conventions we use on large projects. A prototype that has to be thrown away exactly when it works turns success into a budget problem. We would rather build fewer things and build them to survive what comes next.

Repository, infrastructure and domains under your company. And with them the whole record: every commit, every deployment and every logged event.
