Support and Maintenance en Paris
How we work in Paris
Which languages we deal with you in, said upfront
With you we work in Spanish and in English. If your end customers write in French to a support inbox, that shift is not one we cover, and we are not going to say yes just to sign the contract. What we do is leave the process set up so that whoever should handle it can.
Content goes out of date as well
Prices change, terms change, delivery times change and product names change too. The Spanish version is updated the same day because somebody looks at it daily; the French one keeps what was true two years ago. A review with a date in the calendar costs little and stops the French page contradicting the other one.
Nobody is going to report a mistake in French to you
A typo in Spanish gets flagged by a customer by email the same morning. In French, the visitor simply closes the tab and you will never know they were there. So detection cannot depend on somebody speaking up: a native re-read of the pages that matter is scheduled and comes round at fixed intervals.
And the usual, which is what holds the rest up
Security updates, uptime and error monitoring with alerts separated by severity, and a daily backup off the main server with restores that are genuinely tested. A backup that has never been restored is not a backup: it is a folder nobody has checked. You get the report from every test.
