Automating without locking the process inside a tool
Visual platforms solve a lot very quickly, and they have a price: your business logic ends up drawn inside someone else's panel, exportable to nothing useful. We use them where they pay off and keep out of them whatever would be costly to rebuild if the price or the terms change.
An agent that answers with your own content
We built one for TODO PLAGAS, with voice and WhatsApp: it answers, qualifies and leaves the conversation written down. What keeps that work from expiring is that the answers are yours and live apart from the piece that says them. The day the piece is replaced, the content is still there.
