Support and Maintenance en Dubai
How we work in Dubai
Covered to the end of your day
When it is six in the evening in Dubai, it is three or four in Spain and the whole team is at their desks — not an on-call rota, but the people who wrote the code. Your working day is covered almost end to end. The worst-covered window is your night, between two and nine, and that goes into the agreement in writing instead of promising a 24/7 that is not one.
Alerts before phone calls
Off-server backups, verified
Daily backup off the main server, with restores tested periodically and in whichever region you choose. Because the European framework does not apply by territory, where the backup lives is your choice rather than an obligation: we give you the options and the reasoning behind each.
Even if someone else built it
We do not need to have built it, and usually we have not. The intake audit looks at unpatched versions, abandoned dependencies and access nobody remembers granting — and, where there is an Arabic version, whether the site handles it properly. That is where inherited projects fail most, because it was almost always added last and nobody has looked at it since.
