We build voice agents, as we did for TODO PLAGAS with phone and WhatsApp, and recognition does not perform equally with every accent. We are not going to assure you it will understand anyone who rings before testing it on recordings of your own. Measure first, then decide whether it goes to voice or stays in text.
Every automated decision leaves a trail
When a system answers on its own, sooner or later somebody asks why it answered that. Every run records what came in, what data it looked up and what it replied, with the date. It is there to correct, to audit and to answer a customer complaint without relying on anybody's memory.
A workflow you can stop
Every automation we put live has a switch and a manual mode, runs in your own accounts and comes documented. A process nobody knows how to stop gets switched off entirely the first day it does something odd, and the part that was working well goes off with it.
