Branding and Content en Luxembourg
How we work in Luxembourg
The domain, in the company's name
The cheapest way to lose a brand is having the domain registered in somebody's personal account, on an expired card, with the renewal notice going to an inbox nobody opens any more. Registrar, DNS zone and email in the company's name.
Social accounts with roles, not with a password
The platforms let you grant access per person and with different permissions, and almost nobody uses it: the password gets shared and that is that. Recovering an account whose only administrator has left the company is slow and sometimes impossible. You sort it out once and it stops being a risk.
The source files, not just the exports
Editable files, typefaces licensed in your name and the guidelines in a format you can still open in five years. An agency that hands over only finished images leaves you renting your own brand. Font licences bought in the supplier's name are the most common trap.
Anything embedded in the site is someone else's code
An embedded form, a booking widget or a typeface served from outside are all third-party domains running things on your pages. With a content policy each one has to be declared, and that is where it stops being a technical header and becomes a brand decision. Our typefaces are our own and we load none from outside.
