The inventory almost nobody has
Which servers, which domains, which contracted services, which dependencies and at what version. It looks like paperwork until a customer sends you a vendor questionnaire and it takes two weeks to answer four questions. That inventory is the first deliverable and ends up being the most used.
Who still has a key
An access review always turns something up: a former supplier with an active user, somebody who left a year ago, a service account nobody knows why it was created. You move to named access, with two-factor, and with a list of who gets in where.
An ordered plan, not a list of sixty fears
A report that lists findings without ranking them never gets acted on. Ours is ordered by ease of exploitation and by cost, and separates what your own team can do from what requires hiring. With one uncomfortable column: what you decide not to fix, and why.
We are not certified auditors and we say so
We are the people who build, so what we bring is an engineering review: reading the code, the dependencies, the configuration and the access. A formal certification is another trade, with a different piece of paper. If you are asked for one, you hire whoever signs it and we help you arrive prepared.
