One generation service or five templates scattered about
Centralising means one single place where the letterhead, the typeface and the reading direction are decided, and one single place where a fault is fixed. Keeping them apart is cheaper today and multiplies every future change by five. We put a number on both options.
Bilingual on one sheet or two separate files
Two facing columns on the same sheet save you sending two files and complicate every layout; one document per language doubles the files and simplifies everything else. It affects printing, filing and the file name. It is a decision with a cost, not a preference.
Which documents have to exist in Arabic and which do not
Not all of them. What a client keeps, signs or forwards, probably yes; an internal report your own team reads, probably not. Pricing each one separately nearly always shortens the list, and a valid deliverable is “these four yes and the other eleven no”.
