Support and Maintenance en Abu Dhabi
How we work in Abu Dhabi
The second version is where faults hide
A change that breaks the home page is spotted the same day. That same change on the Arabic version can sit broken for weeks because nobody on your team goes in there daily. We add automated checks across both: that pages respond, that empty boxes do not appear instead of letters and that blocks of text are not cut off mid-word.
Logs have to arrive readable
When an error carries Arabic text and the log stores it with the wrong encoding, what reaches the alert is a string of symbols and the fault cannot be reproduced. We go over the whole chain — database, connection, log and alert channel — so that what is written is what gets read. It sounds like a detail until the first incident nobody can trace.
The typeface is one more dependency
A font regenerated without the contextual forms, or an outside provider changing version without notice, breaks Arabic without anyone touching a line of code. It is hosted where you say, the version is pinned and it is watched like any other part of the system. It is the worst kind of fault: the site is still standing and only reads badly.
An alert written in Arabic needs a route
We do not read Arabic. That is worth saying before signing and not on the day the first urgent report comes in. How it reaches us is agreed up front: someone on your side summarises it, it is machine translated accepting the margin of error, or there is a person who acts as the bridge. Any of the three works; what does not is improvising with the incident open.
